Our most important project is the Somwang Mountainview Village, located in Mae Rim, in the Province of Chiang Mai in the North of Thailand. The project consists of two parts: phase 1 and phase 2. Both parks are at walking distance from each other. When you see the park and its surroundings, you will notice that the name “Mountainview” is very appropriate. Although the surroundings are very rural, the conveniences of the bigger city of Chiang Mai are very close, so these parks offer many possibilities, no matter what your preferences are.

Somwang Mountainview Phase 1

The first phase of the Somwang Mountainview project is completed. The park offers a swimming pool and a club house. The club house on this park serves both parks, but both parks have their own swimming pool.

Somwang Mountainview Phase 2

At this moment about 30 – 40 % of the second phase of the Somwang Mountainview project is completed. Beside the swimming pool, this park offers a small convenience store which is open in the daytime and the early evening. The residents and visitors of this park may use the club house at the park of phase 1.
